About EWAN
What makes us different?
Client-centered approach
We listen before we design. Every project starts with understanding your taste, needs, and lifestyle — so the result feels truly yours.
Full-scope execution
We don’t just design. From civil works and finishes to furniture and lighting, our in-house team executes every detail to perfection.
Creative yet practical
Our designs are bold and expressive, but always buildable, cost-conscious, and tailored to the Iraqi context.
A team that cares
A tight-knit group of architects, engineers, designers, and site managers — all working with one goal: your satisfaction.
Client satisfaction isn’t just a goal — it’s the foundation of everything we do.
